Hytera Opens Showroom

Shenzhen, China, December 2014 - Hytera Communications, a world’s leading Professional Mobile Radio communications solution provider, opened a joint show room with Briscoe Technologies in Lagos, Nigeria. The showroom houses key products from Hytera's portfolio, and works as a local training facility for channel partners and end users as well.
Hytera officially entered Nigeria market in 2010 and established partnership with Briscoe in 2013. Both parties were committed to keeping investment into this burgeoning market with technologies and experience they have, and witnessed a great growth in the past year. Hytera has already started the deployment of TETRA infrastructure with 30 sites for Briscoe, providing the service to Oil&Gas, Airport, government, etc. Hytera is becoming one of top brands in the PMR market in Nigeria.
This showroom was designed and built in China, then shipped to Lagos and reassembled by Briscoe in Lagos in Sep. 2014. It’s one of Hytera’s first joint showrooms in overseas markets which shows Hytera’s ambition and confidence in Nigeria. It is a long-term planning and market investigation process before reaching an agreement by both parties. “We first meet Hytera in Securex Expo in 2012. We chose Hytera based on the company’s R&D reputation, quality of their products and the one-stop solution they can provide to our customers” says Ralph S., Technical Director of Briscoe.
Bringing infrastructure and terminals of both DMR and Tetra solutions, Hytera highlights emergency communication system, smart dispatch system, Tetra terminals, and the newly released PD3, PD5, PD6 DMR terminals, RD625 wall-mount repeater and all the new technologies of Hytera in this showroom. Together with the Integrated Command & Control center Hytera showroom provides comprehensive demonstration to public safety, oil & gas and other industries.
