HORIZON Dispatch provides a professional grade dispatching application with an intuitive and flexible interface for efficient group communications and fleet management with Hytera PoC radios on the HORIZON nationwide Push-to-Talk over Cellular service.

HORIZON Dispatch supports instant nationwide group calling, individual calling, texting, and sharing images and videos. HORIZON Dispatch leverages the GPS built into Hytera PoC devices for tracking of locations and travel routes with time stamps.

SAFETY FEATURES

HORIZON Dispatch can send and receive Emergency alarms or calls for enhanced worker safety, and show map locations and visual alarm notifications of users that have pressed the emergency call button. The dispatcher can interrupt existing calls in an emergency, activate remote ambient monitoring of audio during emergency situations, and stun (temporarily disable) and revive (turn on) radios that are lost, stolen, or used maliciously.

WEB-BASED APPLICATION

HORIZON Dispatch works on any Windows based PC with an internet connection using a Chrome browser. No need for servers or installing and upgrading client software updates, simply sign into the web browser application. Supports running screens (calling, maps, reports, etc.) on multiple monitors to easily coordinate complex communications and logistics. HORIZON Dispatch also supports unlimited simultaneous users with separate dispatcher accounts.

TEXT MESSAGING

All users can communicate with each other and dispatch with free-form voice or pre-programmed and customizable text or voice recorded messages. Supports multiple message screens with text history for easily managing and monitoring several text strings.

Centralized Nationwide Calling

HORIZON Dispatch provides centralized group and individual calling with a customized calling screen where the dispatcher can create commonly used groups for dispatch operations. Call tiles can be moved to different monitor screens and minimized to icons for easily handling multiple calls. When monitoring multiple calls, the volume levels can be adjusted for an individual or group. Dispatchers can quickly and easily put individuals into a special impromptu call group when needed, and send customized prompt tones and voice recordings at the beginning of calls.

Maps with GPS Location Tracking

HORIZON Dispatch can track multiple user locations and travel routes manage and dispatch vehicle fleets and remote workers. See live GPS route tracks and play back historical routes, and HORIZON Dispatch automatically associates physical street addresses with GPS location points. Dispatchers can draw geofences on the map to define boundaries for territories and service areas. Alarms can be generated when users enter or leave geofenced areas. Supports real-time speed and direction with customizable speeding alarms.

Multimedia Capabilities

HORIZON Dispatch supports sharing images and videos with other users and dispatchers to fully visualize situations and solve problems. Send and receive free-form or pre-configured text messages to groups or individuals.

Call Recording and Storage

HORIZON Dispatch supports call record storage and reporting to instantly review, play, search, and export logs for calls, messages, emergency alarms, geofencing alarms, and overspeed alarms. Export reports to create tables, statistics, and graphs for group and individual call counts.
